We have completed projects in Kailua Kona, Hilo, Honoka’a, Hawi, Discovery Harbour, Ocean View, Waikaloa, Waimea, Lapahoehoe, Pahoa, Ninole, Hokulia, Keauhou, Kealakekua and even on the island of Molokai ‘i. The value of these houses range from $250,000 to several million dollars.

We have worked with many fine general contractors but also enjoy working with owner/builders. In fact, about 70% of our residential projects have been owner/builder projects. In most cases contractors or owners can email us a pdf file of the project for a “no obligation” plumbing quote. In addition to quoting the project, we can make recommendations as to the best products and fixtures to spec for the harsh conditions of the tropics. And we can also put you in touch with other trades that would be happy to give you a quote as well. This can help you develop a project budget that you can use for planning purposes.
